Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma „Onkoloģisko pacientu aprūpes īpatnības ķīmijterapijas laikā un pēc tās saņemšanas agrīnajā periodā”. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka biežā ķīmijterapijas pielietošana onkoloģijas praksē, pēc kuras pacientiem vērojamas nopietnas blakusparādības. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot onkoloģisko pacientu aprūpes īpatnības ķīmijterapijas laikā un pēc tās saņemšanas agrīnajā periodā. Hipotēze: pacientu aprūpes īpatnības kā premedikācijas lietošana un uztura diētas ievērošana ir aktuālākas ķīmijterapijas laikā nekā agrīnajā periodā pēc tās saņemšanas. Darbā izmantota kvantitatīvā pētījuma metode, kuras pētniecības instruments ir aptaujas anketa. -Pētījumā iegūtie aptaujas rezultāti izvirzīto hipotēzi atbalsta. The bachelor's papers theme is “Specifics of taking care of oncological patients during and after chemotheraphy in early period”. The relevance of the topic is determine by the frequent application in chemotherapy of oncological practice, after which patients suffer serious side effects. The aim of the work is to find out the nature of the oncological patient chemotherapy, care of during and after it when received at an early period. Hypothesis: in patient care the use of premedikation and nutrition diet is more topical during the chemotherapy than in the early period after its aplication. The paper relies on the quantitative research method, whose research instrument is the questionnaire. -The study survey results support the hypothesis.
