Vides kontroles iespējas reanimācijas un intensīvās terapijas nodaļā.

Abstract

Ilze Kļava izstrādājusi bakalaura darbu par tēmu „Vides kontroles iespējas reanimācijas un intensīvās terapijas nodaļā”. Darbs sastāv no 56 lapaspusēm, 13 attēliem, 3 tabulām un 4 pielikumiem. Darba mērķis bija noskaidrot, kā māsas intensīvās terapijas un reanimācijas nodaļā veic intrahospitālās infekcijas ierobežošanu, nodrošinot pacientiem drošu vidi. Darbā ir četras nodaļas. Tika apskatīta F. Naitingēlas teorija, intrahospitālās infekcijas vispārējs raksturojums un māsas lomai infekcijas kontrolē. Izmantojot kvantitatīvo pētniecības metodi tika apstiprināta hipotēze par to, ka māsas pacientam drošu vidi rada ar uz procesu orientētām metodēm – aseptiku, antiseptiku un higiēnu. Darbā tika izmantoti 37 literatūras avoti, no kuriem 25 bija latviešu valodā, 8 angļu valodā un 4 krievu valodā.

The topic of Ilze Klava Bachelor thesis is „The options of envornmental control in High Dependency and Intensive care departments”. Thesis consists of 56 pages, 13 pictures, 3 tables and 4 supplements. The aim of thesis was to establish how nurses in High Dependency and Intensive care departments perform measures to limit intrahospital infection thus ensuring a safe environment for the patient. There are four chapters in the thesis. The review comprises theory of F. Nightingale, general description of intrahospital infection and nurse’s role in infection control. Using quantitative method of investigation the hypothesis that the nurse creates a safe environment for the patient using process oriented techniques- asepics, antiseptics and hygiene, was confirmed. There are 37 references, of which 25 are in Latvian, 8 in English and 4 in Russian.
