Māsu prasmes agrīno komplikāciju identificēšanā pacientiem pēc sirds operācijas

Abstract

Veicot pētniecības darbu „Māsu prasmes agrīno komplikāciju identificēšanā pacientiem pēc sirds operācijas”, autores mērķis bija analizēt un aprakstīt māsu prasmi identificēt agrīnās komplikācijas pirmajās 24 stundās pēc sirds operācijas. Pētniecības darbs apstiprina izvirzīto hipotēzi, ka laikus pamanītas un novērstas komplikācijas samazina uzturēšanās laiku intensīvās terapijas nodaļā. Veicot pētniecību izmantota kvantitatīvā pētniecības metode. Pētniecības darba ietvaros tika analizētas 100 intensīvās terapijas nodaļas aprūpes dokumentācijas. Lai sistematizētu un iegūtu ticamus datus, kā pētniecības instruments izmantots agrīno komplikāciju novērojumu protokols, izstrādāts pamatojoties uz Amerikas Sirds Asociācijas izveidotajām vadlīnijām.

When performing the study named „Nurses’ skills in recognizing early complications in patients after open heart surgery” the author had a goal to analyze and describe the abilities and skills of the nurse to identify early complications within the first 24 hours after open heart surgery. The study confirms the assumed hypothesis that timely recognition and prevention of complications considerably shorten duration of stay in the ICU. In this study author used quantitative method. 100 intensive care unit records. In order to structurize the results and to obtain reliable data, author used early complication prevention protocol as a study tool, based on American Heart Association developed guidelines.
