Abstract

Diplomdarba temats- Sociālo darbinieku supervīzijas izpratnes nozīme supervīzijas nodrošināšanā. Diplomdarba mērķis: pētīt sociālo darbinieku supervīzijas izpratnes nozīmi supervīzijas nodrošināšanā. Diplomdarbs sastāv no 2 daļām- empīriskās un teorētiskās, 4 nodaļām un 11 apakšnodaļām. Diplomdarba teorētiskajā daļā raksturota supervīzija, tās vēsturiskā attīstība, veidi, modeļi, funkcijas, mērķis, nozīme, process, izpratnes veidošanās un supervīzijas izpratnes nozīme supervīzijas nodrošināšanā, kā arī tiek analizēti Latvijas Republikas normatīvie akti par supervīziju sociālajā darbā. Diplomdarba empīriskā daļa sastāv no empīriska pētījuma par sociālo darbinieku supervīzijas izpratnes nozīmi supervīzijas nodrošināšanā, pētījuma metodoloģijas apraksta, pētījuma rezultātu analīzes un diskusijas. Galvenie secinājumi- supervīzija ir būtiska un neatņemama sociālā darba sastāvdaļa, ½ aptaujāto sociālo darbinieku ir un ½ nav izpratne par supervīziju un tajā notiekošo, vai arī supervīzijas izpratne ir neadekvāta, supervīzijas izpratne ļauj darbiniekam apzināties un sasniegt supervīzijas mērķi, jo izpratne motivē darbinieku aktīvi iesaistīties supervīzijas procesā.

Graduation work’s theme- The meaning of supervisions understanding of social workers in the provision of supervision. Aim of the work: to reserch the meaning of supervisions understanding of social workers in the provision of supervision. The diploma work consists of 2 parts- theoretical and empirical, 4 sections and 11 subdivisions. Analized in the theoretical part- the supervision, historical development, forms, models, functions, the aim, meaning, process of supervision, the development of understanding and the meaning of understanding in supervision and the normative acts about supervision in social work in the Republic of Latvia. The empirical part of the work consists of empirical research about the understanding of supervision of social workers in the provision of supervision, the description of the research methodology, analysis of resarch results, discussion. Main conclusions- supervision is an vital and inaliebnable component of social work, ½ of questioned social workers have and ½ don’t have understanding about supervision and in that ongoing, or understanding is inadequate, understanding about supervision makes worker to realize and to reach the aim of the supervision, because understanding motivates worker to engage the process of supervision.
