Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma ”Sociālais darbinieks kā resurss darbā ar cilvēkiem ar garīgās attīstības traucējumiem”. Diplomdarbā risinātā problēma: sociālā darbinieka kā resursa neiesaistīšanās sociālajā rehabilitācijā cilvēkiem ar garīgās attīstības traucējumiem pasliktina sociālās rehabilitācijas norisi. Diplomdarbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā autore raksturo sociālā rehabilitāciju cilvēkiem ar garīgās attīstības traucējumiem. Apakšnodaļās tiek analizēts sociālās rehabilitācijas jēdziens, sociālās rehabilitācijas process un sociālās rehabilitācijas specifika personām ar garīgās attīstības traucējumiem . Otrajā nodaļā analizēta sociālā darbinieka profesionālā kompetence. Trešajā nodaļā pētīts sociālais darbinieks kā resurss sociālajā rehabilitācijā cilvēkiem ar garīgās attīstības traucējumiem. Apakšnodaļās raksturota pētījuma metodoloģija un veikta pētījuma analīze. Diplomdarba nobeigumā apkopoti rezultāti un diskutēts par pētījuma rezultātiem, veikti secinājumi - zinātniskajā literatūrā un pētījumos iegūto datu analīze liecina, ka sociālais darbinieks ir svarīgs resurss darbā ar cilvēkiem ar garīgās attīstības traucējumiem. Sociālajam darbiniekam ir jābūt kompetentam – jābūt zināšanām, prasmēm, vērtībām, lai palīdzētu klientam risināt sociālās funkcionēšanas problēmas.

Anotation Diploma work theme "Social worker as a resource in dealing with people, with mental disabilities." Diploma work solve problems: social worker as a resource in the non-social rehabilitation for people with mental disabilities aggravated social rehabilitation. Graduation consists of 3 sections. The first chapter the author describes the social rehabilitation of people with mental disabilities. Sections we analyze the concept of social rehabilitation, social rehabilitation process and the specificity of social rehabilitation of persons with mental disabilities. The second chapter analyzes the social worker skills. The third chapter examines the social worker as a resource for the social rehabilitation of people with mental disabilities. Sections describe the research methodology and the study analysis. Diploma work finally compiled the results and discussed the results of the study, carried out in the conclusions - in the literature and trial data analysis shows that the social worker is an important resource for working with people with mental disabilities. A social worker must be competent - must have the knowledge, skills, values, to help customers solve problems of social functioning.
