Jauniešu NVO un neformālās grupas Vidzemē

Abstract

Pētījumā „Jauniešu NVO un neformālās grupas Vidzemē” apskatītā problēma ir tā, ka jaunieši pat nemēģina attīstīt savu sabiedrisko dzīvi tikai tāpēc, ka nobīstas no problēmām, kas viņus varētu sagaidīt, vai arī jauniešu darbi apstājas pie tā, ka trūkst informācijas par organizāciju un grupu izveidi. Svarīgi ir noskaidrot šīs problēmas, lai jaunieši būtu gatavi tās risināt kopā jau ar esošajām jauniešu NVO un neformālām grupām, kā arī pašvaldību pārstāvjiem. Bieži vien jauniešiem trūkst motivācija tālāk darboties, jo rodas dažādas problēmas, kas saistītas ar jauniešu tālāko darbību. Pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot problēmas, kas kavē jauniešu NVO un neformālo grupu attīstību un pastāvēšanu, noskaidrot, kādos apstākļos, kāpēc un kā jauniešu NVO un neformālās grupas veidojas, un, kādu ietekmi tās atstāj uz jauniešiem un sabiedrību kopumā. Pētījumā izmantotas kvantitatīvās un kvalitatīvās pētīšanas metodes. Lai iegūtu jauniešu NVO un neformālo grupu sarakstu, kurš būs nepieciešams gadījumu izpētei, aptaujātas ar e-pasta starpniecību pašvaldības un pašvaldību jauniešu lietu koordinatori. Tika veiktas ekspertu intervijas un gadījumu izpētes, atkarībā no anketu rezultātiem. Pētījuma rezultāti atklāj, ka jauniešu NVO un neformālās grupas Vidzemē veidojas gan pēc pieaugušo, gan pēc jauniešu iniciatīvas. Galvenā pastāvēšanas problēma gan biedrībām, gan neformālām grupām tiek minēts nepietiekams finansējums, jo tas kavē jauniešu ideju īstenošanu. Savukārt biedrībām izveides un pastāvēšanas problēmas saistītas ar dokumentāciju. Runājot par problēmām, kas saistītas ar jauniešu līdzdalību, var secināt, ka jauniešiem trūkst interese un motivācija darboties, lai arī ir tik daudz iespējas, ko izmantot. In the research „Youth NGO and Informal Groups in Vidzeme” the main problem is that young people even do not develop their social life, because they are woried about problems that are expected. Sometimes young people stop in front of the lack of information about how to make organization or group. It is important to find out these problems to make solution together with already existing organizations and groups and together with local government. Youth NGOs and informal groups are with different aims, but in the process of shaping organizations and groups young people lose motivation to act further, because there are many problems that may effect further development. Used were qualitative and quantitative research methods. To obtain the list of youth NGOs and informal groups in Vidzeme, there were sent e-mail questionnaires to local governments and youth thing coordinators. And there were some expert interviews and case studies. The aim of this research was to find out these problems what prevent formation and existence of NGOs and informal groups, why and how these organizations and groups appear, and how they effect all society and young people. I can make the conclusion that these youth organizations and groups develope on young people and adult initiative. The main existence problem is financial support. This problem is current to organizations and informal groups. This problem prevent realization young people ideas. When we talk about young people membership problems, young people are in the lack of motivation and interest to act despite all those opportunities.
