Ģimenes kā resursa nozīme sociālajā darbā ar veciem cilvēkiem

Abstract

Diplomdarba mērķis ir pētīt un analizēt ģimeni kā nozīmīgu resursu sociālajā darbā ar veciem cilvēkiem. Tā teorētiskajā daļā tiek analizētas ģimenes formas un funkcijas, kā arī raksturoti veci cilvēki kā īpaša sociālā darba klientu grupa. Empīriskā pētījuma rezultātā atklāti cēloņi, kādēļ ģimenei var būt problēmas pilnībā nodrošināt savu vecāko ģimenes locekļu pilnvērtīgu funkcionēšanu, un tā kā resurss nespēj nodrošināt viņu vajadzības. Ar nestrukturētas intervijas metodi noskaidrots veco cilvēku viedoklis par viņu ģimenēm. Ar daļēji strukturētas intervijas metodi noskaidrots sociālo darbinieku un ģimenes locekļu viedoklis par ģimeni kā resursa sociālajā darbā ar veciem cilvēkiem nozīmīgumu. Pētījuma rezultātā atklāti iemesli, kas traucē ģimeni piesaistīt veco cilvēku problēmu risināšanā. Pētījuma rezultātā noskaidrotas sociālā darba metodes, ar kuru palīdzību sociālā darba speciālistiem ir iespēja ģimeni izmantot kā nozīmīgu resursu darbā ar veciem cilvēkiem. Nozīmīgākais pētījumā gūtais secinājums ir tas, ka ģimene ir nozīmīgs resurss un tiek izmantots vecu cilvēku problēmu risināšanā ģimenes locekļu iespēju un izpratnes robežās, kuras, iejaucoties sociālā darba speciālistiem, ir iespējamas paplašināt.

Diploma aims to explore and analyze the family as an important resource in social work with older people. Because the theoretical part of the author analyzes and justifies the family as one of the most important resources in social work with older people. A survey of discovered reasons why the family may have problems to fully ensure, that your senior members of the full functioning, and as a resource is unable to provide their needs. The unstructured interview method is cleared of old people's views of their families. The semi-structured interview method was found social workers and family members' views on the family as a resource in social work with elderly significance. The study revealed problems that disrupt family life to attract older people problem-solving. The paper analyzes family structure and functions, as well as describes the elderly as a specific social work client group. The study revealed the social work methods for social work professionals have the opportunity to use the family as an important resource in dealing with the elderly. Major conclusions of the study is that: „ The family is an important resource and is used for solving the problem of elderly family members and the possibility of understanding the limits of which, interfering with social work professionals, it is likely to expand.”
