| dc.description.abstract | Bakalaura darba tēmas nosaukums ir „Jauniešu mobilitāte uz galvaspilsētu”. Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot, kā norisinājies jauniešu adaptācijas process galvaspilsētā.
Šajā pētījumā izpētīts un izprasts, kāpēc jaunieši dodas uz valsts galvaspilsētu Rīgu. Autore savā darbā pievērsa uzmanību jauniešu adaptācijai galvaspilsētā, to sekmējošiem un kavējošiem faktoriem - jaunu sociālo tīklu veidošanās iezīmēm, saiknei ar iepriekšējo dzīvesvietu, kā arī sakariem ar šīs dzīvesvietas radiem un draugiem, kas savukārt ietekmē un veido jaunieša plānus uz nākotni un dzīvesvietas izvēli Rīgā. Darbā izpētīti jauniešu, kuri ir devušies iegūt izglītību un/vai strādāt uz Rīgu, plāni par savas turpmākās dzīves vietas izvēli, vai viņi vēlas, vai plāno atgriezties uz savu dzimto pusi, vai nē. Un kādi tam ir iemesli, kā arī, ko viņi domā par dzīvi Rīgā.
Darbs sastāv no ievada, teorētiskās daļas, kas sevī ietver 7 nodaļas un 2 apakšnodaļas, metodoloģijas, rezultātu analīzes, secinājumiem, izmantotās literatūras saraksta un pielikumiem, kuriem pievienota klāt aptaujas anketa un apstrādātās SPSS biežuma un krustojuma tabulas.
Par pētījuma datu ieguves veidu tika izmantota kvantitatīvā metode – anketēšana. Tika aptaujāti 217 jaunieši, kas šobrīd uzturas Rīgā.
Pētījuma hipotēze - jaunieši dodas dzīvot uz Rīgu, jo lielpilsētas dzīvesveids šķiet pievilcīgs – ir daļēji apstiprinājies, tā kā pēc datu apstrādes tika secināts, ka gandrīz pusi no visiem respondentiem, visvairāk piesaista lielpilsētas tipa dzīvesveids. Tomēr jauniešu piesaiste kādam konkrētam dzīvesveida tipam neietekmē respondentu plānus un vēlmi doties vai nē prom no Rīgas. Iespējams pastāv citi svarīgi aspekti, kas jauniešus piesaista Rīgai. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The title of the Bachelor’s Paper is “Youth mobility to the capital city”. The aim of the research is to make out how the process of adaptation of youth happens in a city.
This research looks at the questions why young people moves to the capital city Riga. The author has paid attention to the adaptation of young people, its conducive and obstructive factors – the features of formation of the new social nets, links with the previous place of residence, relations with relatives and friends, which forms and have influence on the future plans and the choice of residence. The plans about the choice of place of residence of young people who have moved to Riga to get an education and/or work there are looked at the research, as well as the reasons of their choice and their thoughts about returning.
The research consists of introduction, theoretical part which has 7 chapters and 2 subdivisions, methodology, conclusions, bibliography, supplements.
The quantitative method (a questionnaire) was used as the way of getting the data. 217 young people who are living in Riga now were asked.
The hypothesis of the research that young people move to Riga because the lifestyle of a city is more attractive is partly proved true according the results of the data processing. The plans and the choice of the place of residence are not influenced by the preference of the definite lifestyle. There are other important aspects which attract young people. | en_US |
