Sociālā darba teoriju izmantošanas praksē problemātika

Abstract

Pētījuma tēma ir „Sociālā darba teoriju izmantošanas praksē problemātika”. Pētījuma mērķis ir pētīt sociālā darba teoriju izmantošanas problemātiku praksē. Pētījumu veido četras nodaļas, kur pirmajā nodaļā tiek analizēta sociālā darba teoriju vēsturiskā attīstība un teoriju klasifikācijas daudzveidība. Otrajā nodaļā tiek analizēti, paskaidroti un salīdzināti sociālā darba teorijās izmantotie jēdzieni, savukārt trešajā nodaļā tiek analizēti teoriju izmantošanas praksē problemātikas cēloņi. Ceturtajā nodaļā tiek pētīta situācija Latvijas Rīgas Sociālajā dienestā un analizēti iegūtie rezultāti. Empīriskajā daļā tiek analizēti dati no fokusgrupas diskusijas un daļēji strukturētām intervijām, pievēršot uzmanību šādiem faktoriem: darba stāžs jeb pieredze, izglītība, jēdzienu izpratne, grūtības sociālā darba teorijās, ieteikumi, kas veicina teoriju integrēšanu praksē. Tiek secināts, ka sociālā darba teorijas daļēji tiek izmantotas praksē, jo ir laika trūkuma, pārslodze, trūkst pilnīgas izpratnes par sociālā darba teorijām, kas tiek saistīta ar pieredzes trūkumu.

The main goal of research „The problematic of using social work theories in practice” is to investigate the problematic of applying social work theories in practice. Research consist of the four chapters. In first chapter is analyzed history of social work theories development and social work theories diversity and classification. Second chaper is devoted to explaination and comparison of concept of social work theories but third chapter foucuses on reasons which cause the problems to apply theories in practice. In empirical part data from focuss group discussion and partly structured interviews is analyzed. The use and knowledge of theories is tested by several variables: work experience, education. Respondents also were asked to identify difficulties to use social work theories in practice and give recommendations how to integrate theories in practice. Main conclusion is that theories of social work are used in practice only partly. It is related with lack of time, overwork, to lack of full understanding of social work theories which are associated with lack of experience.
