Vizuālais vēstījums Vladimira Leščova un Signes Baumanes animācijas īsfilmās

Abstract

Maģistra darbā „Vizuālais vēstījums Vladimira Leščova un Signes Baumanes animācijas īsfilmās” tiek pētīta Vladimira Leščova un Signes Baumanes daiļrade. Darba autore izpētīja teorētisko literatūru par vizuālo semiotiku un vizuālā vēstījuma veidošanas principiem un veica Vladimira Leščova un Signes Baumanes animācijas īsfilmu vizuālo tēlu strukturāli semiotisko analīzi ar mērķi raksturot spilgtākos vizuālos elementus (tēlus, simbolus, zīmes) un piedāvāt to interpretāciju, tādējādi atklājot galvenās šo autoru daiļrades tēmas. Liela uzmanība pētījumā tiek veltīta postmodernisma mākslas estētikai un animācijas mākslas vietai postmodernisma laikmetā. Vladimira Leščova un Signes Baumanes animācijas īsfilmas tika pētītas arī postmodernisma laikmeta kategorijās, atklājot katra autora mākslinieciskās valodas specifiku un raksturīgākus izteiksmes līdzekļus.

Master’s thesis „Visual message in animated short films by Vladimir Lesciov and Signe Baumane” studies Vladimir Lesciov and Signe Baumane’s creative works. Author of the research paper has studied theoretical literature on visual semiotics and principles of the visual message creation, and completed structurally semiotic analysis of visual images in animated short films by Vladimir Lesciov and Signe Baumane with the purpose to describe the brightest visual elements (images, symbols, signs) and offer their interpretation, thus revealing the main topics of these authors’ animated short films. The paper also gives a thorough research into aesthetics of postmodern art and importance of animation in the postmodern era. Animated short films by Vladimir Lesciov and Signe Baumane have also been studied from the point of view of postmodern trends, which allowed to reveal each author’s unique artistic language and their most characteristic means of expression.
