Abstract

Politiskā režīma maiņai valstī seko jauniedibinātā demokrātiskā režīma konsolidācijas process. Taču jauniedibinātais demokrātiskais režīms nevar pastāvēt un konsolidēties, ja tajā netiek iedibināti demokrātiskie institūti. Maģistra darbā ir aplūkota demokrātisko institūtu izveide, attīstība un ietekme uz konsolidācijas procesu Spānijā un Latvijā. Darba uzdevums ir aplūkot un analizēt demokrātisko institūtu izveidi un attīstību, un lomu konsolidācijas procesā Spānijā, pievēršot pastiprinātu uzmanību tieši šo institūtu izveidei, strukturālajām un organizatoriskajām īpatnībām, kā arī aplūkot un analizēt demokrātisko institūtu attīstību un lomu demokrātijas konsolidācijā Latvijā, mazāku uzmanību pievēršot šo institūtu izveidei, strukturālajām un organizatoriskajām īpatnībām, bet aplūkojot šo institūtu darbību un ietekmi uz konsolidāciju kopumā.

After the change of political regime in the country, comes the process of democracy consolidation. New established democracy can not exist and become consolidate, if there is a lack of political institutes, which are established in democratic way of action. Main task is to analyze the establishment, development and impact of the democratic institutions on the process of democracy consolidation in Spain by paying more attention to the structural and organizational features of the institutes and to analyze the democratic institutes and their impact on the process of democracy consolidation in Latvia by paying more attention to the action and impact of those institutes.
