Klienta identitāte un tās maiņa sociālā darba procesā

Abstract

Šī darba tēma ir ”Klienta identitāte un tās maiņa sociālā darba procesā”. Tā mērķis ir pētīt klienta identitātes maiņu sociālā darba procesā. Darbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā tika raksturots jēdziens ”identitāte”. Otrā nodaļa sastāv no divām apakšnodaļām. Tajās tiek raksturots un analizēts pārmaiņu process sociālā darbā, lai izprastu klienta identitātes maiņas procesu, un, analizēti faktori, kas ietekmē klienta identitātes maiņas procesu. Trešajā nodaļā atspoguļota pētījuma gaita un iegūtie rezultāti par klienta identitātes maiņu sociālā darba praksē. Darba autore secina, ka klienta identitātes maiņa ir iespējama sociālā darba procesā, taču tas prasa daudz laika un to ietekmē dažādi faktori. Lai pārmaiņu process sociālā darbā būtu veiksmīgs, nepieciešams izmainīt tās lietas klienta identitātē, kas traucē indivīdam atrisināt problēmas un sociāli funkcionēt, bet stiprināt un attīstīt tās lietas klienta identitātē, kas veicinātu pozitīvas pārmaiņas klienta dzīvē. Svarīgi klientam izprast pārmaiņas procesa nozīmi un būt motivētam mainīties.

This work theme is ”Client identity and its change in social work process”. The purpose of this work is to investigate change of the client identity in social work process. The work consists of three chapters. In first chapter the concept of ”identity” is charactized. The second chapter consists of two sub-sections. In these sub-sections change process in social work is decribed and analyzed to understand the changes of client identity. Also factors that affect change process of client identity is analyzed. The third chapter reflects the course of study and obtained results about change of client identity in social work practice. The author concludes that change of clients identity is possible in social work process, but it takes a lot of time and is influenced by various factors. If somebody wants change process of social work to be successful, it is needed to change the things in client identity which disturbe to solve problems and social functioning and to strenghten and develope those things which promote possitive change in client life. It is necessary for a client understand the importance of change process and be motivated to change.
