ES un ASV sadarbība (zaļās ekonomikas joma)

Abstract

Globālajā arēnā arvien vairāk diskusiju tiek vērstas uz klimata pārmaiņu iespējamajām dramatiskajām sekām. Par iemeslu tiek minēta cilvēku ekonomiskā darbība, un atrisinājums šīm pārmaiņām var tikt panākts, ieviešot izmaiņas ekonomiskajā sistēmā.

Vides organizācijas izvirza principus, kas jāievēro, lai veiktu pāreju uz zaļo ekonomiku un ilgtspējīgu attīstību. Darbā tiek pētīta ES un ASV sektorālā sadarbība zaļās ekonomikas jomā. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot, vai vides ekspertu un organizāciju pētījumi par klimata pārmaiņām, kā arī to ieteikumi par zaļās ekonomikas principu ieviešanu atspoguļojas ES un ASV savstarpējā sadarbībā.

Izvirzītā hipotēze „Starptautisko organizāciju un ekspertu pētījumi par klimata pārmaiņu potenciālajām sekām un draudiem ir ietekmējuši ES un ASV rīcībpolitikas un sadarbību zaļās ekonomikas jomā, jo starp reģioniem pastāv abpusējas vienošanās un līgumi par zaļās ekonomikas principu īstenošanu” darba izstrādes gaitā tika pierādīta.

More and more discussions on a global level are directed towards the climate change and its potential dramatic consequences. The reason can be found in today’s economic system, therefore to prevent these consequences, changes have to be implemented exactly in the field of economy.

Environmental organizations have made suggestions that can help to make a shift towards the green economy and sustainable development. The research concentrates on EU-U.S. sectoral cooperation in the field of green economy. The goal is to ascertain, whether the principles that can be found in the reports on climate change made by organizations and experts are implemented also in EU-U.S. cooperation.

The hypothesis „The climate change reports on potential consequences and threats have made influence on EU and U.S. policy and regions’ cooperation in the field of green economy, because there is evidence in form of mutual agreements and treaties about green economy principle implementation” has been approved.
