Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Ziņu portālu ziņojumi sociālajā tīklā Facebook: Tvnet.lv, Delfi.lv un Apollo.lv gadījumi”.
Darba pētnieciskā problēma ir: kādi ir noteicošie faktori ziņu portālu dienaskārtībai sociālajā tīklā, ņemot vērā, ka abos gadījumos tie ir interneta mediji. Bakalaura darbs balstīts uz dienaskārtības teoriju, ziņu vērtībām, to izmantošanu jauno mediju vidē, sociālo mediju un tīklu jēdzieniem. Trešā nodaļa apraksta darbā izmantoto metodoloģiju. Empīriskajā daļā kā metodes izvēlētas novērojums, kvantitatīvā un kvalitatīvā kontentanalīze tīmeklī, dziļā intervija un salīdzinošā gadījumu analīze.
Rezultāti liecina, ka ziņojumu dienaskārtība Facebook neveidojas balstoties uz sabiedrības problēmām, ne arī uz svarīgāko portālu dienaskārtībā. Taču informācijas atlase tiek veikta, balstoties uz Facebook lietotāju interesēm un gaidām.

The bachelor’s thesis is based on issue of research: what are the main factors of news websites for agenda setting in social network, if both of them works in the Internet. The research is based on agenda setting and news values theories, use of them in the new media, concepts of social networks and social networking sites. Third chapter is devoted to methodology description. As research methods are chosen Web observation, quantitative and qualitative Web content analysis, in-depth interviews and case study.
The results show that posts agenda in Facebook doesn’t correspond to the problems identified by the citizens, nor to the most important in news websites agenda. However, post’s filtering is admited based on the interests and expectations of users.
