ANO attīstības sadarbība: Vienots piegādes projekts

Abstract

Vienotas piegādes projekta mērķis ir reformēt ANO attīstības sadarbības piegādi attīstības valstīs. Projekts ir nozīmīgs ar to, ka ANO mēģina reformēt savu darbību attīstības valstīs, apvienojot savas dažādās aģentūras un radot aģentūru kopējas programmas, lai notiktu lielāka koncentrācija uz katras valsts problēmjomām un to pārvarēšanu. Darba mērķis ir analizēt Vienotā piegādes projekta reformas divās no astoņām pilot valstīm - Mozambikā un Tanzānijā - un noskaidrot to, vai reformu projekts ir veicinājis sadarbību gan starp ANO speciālajām aģentūrām, gan starp valstu institūcijām un citiem donoriem šo valstu teritorijā. Ar šī mērķa palīdzību arī ir centieni darba ietvaros saprast to, vai Vienots piegādes projekts ir veicinājis konkrēto valstu attīstību.

UN has created reform project Delivering as One with a goal to provide its development assistance in a more coordinated way in state level that would fasten development. The aim of the thesis is to find out if the reform project Delivering as One has improved coordination between different UN agencies, state actors and bilateral donors within each of two countries, and whether this improved coordination has promoted development in these countries. At the end author concludes that all three development actors within both countries are satisfied with the Delivering as One project, and they think that its implementation in countries has promoted a faster and more coherent development.
