Sociālā darba teoriju analīze un pielietojums praksē

Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma ir “Sociālā darba teoriju analīze un pielietojums praksē”. Autore par sava diplomdarba mērķi izvirzīja: pētīt sociālā darba teorijas un analizēt to pielietojumu praksē, lai noskaidrotu, kā sociālā darba teorijas tiek pielietotas praktizējot sociālo darbu. Lai sasniegtu mērķi darba autore izvirza sekojošos uzdevumus: analizēt sociālā darba teorijas; pētīt sociālā darba teoriju pielietojumu sociālajā darbā; salīdzināt sociālā darba teorijas. Teoriju salīdzinājums tika veikts pēc šādiem kritērijiem: teoriju galvenie principi; sociālās problēmas cēloņu skaidrojums; intervences process un metodes, risinot sociālo problēmu. Darba teorētiskajā daļā autore analizē un salīdzina sociālā darba teorijas. Diplomdarbu autore veido no trijām nodaļām – pirmajā nodaļā darba autore raksturo sociālā darba teorijas, pēta pieeju atšķirīgās teorētiskās atziņas par sociālo problēmu rašanās cēloņiem un to iespējamajiem risināšanas modeļiem. Otrajā nodaļā darba autore piedāvā teoriju salīdzinājumu pēc izvirzītajiem kritērijiem. Tiek analizētas četras sociālā darba teorijas – krīzes iejaukšanās teorija, uz mērķi centrētā pieeja, sistēmu teorija un ekoloģiskā sistēmu teorija. Otrā nodaļa ir sadalīta trijās apakšnodaļās: teoriju galvenie principi; sociālās problēmas cēloņu skaidrojums; intervences process un metodes, risinot sociālo problēmu. Trešajā nodaļā darba autore sniedz pētījuma rezultātus par teoriju pielietojumu praksē. Empīriskajā daļā darba autore analizē sociālo darbinieku teorētiskās zināšanas sociālā darba teorijās, un to pielietojumu klientu problēmu risināšanā, kā arī pēta, vai ir pietiekošas zināšanas un izpratne par sociālā darba teorijām. Darba autore veica sociālajos dienestos strādājošo darbinieku viedokļu analīzi par teoriju pielietojumu praktizējot sociālo darbu. Empīrisko pētījumu darba autore veica trijos sociālajos dienestos atbalsta nodaļās ģimenēm ar bērniem: Kurzemes rajona sociālajā dienestā, Latgales priekšpilsētas sociālajā dienestā, Zemgales priekšpilsētas sociālajā dienestā, veicot daļēji strukturētās fokuss grupas ekspertu interviju. Analizējot respondentu viedokli var secināt, ka kvalitatīvu un efektīvu sociālo darbu var veikt tikai tad, kad ir atbilstoša izglītība un teorētiskā bāze, kas sniedz sociālajam darbiniekam nepieciešamās zināšanas. Sociālā darba teorijas ir kā līdzeklis /instruments, kas palīdz prognozēt nākamo darbību, noteikt katras fāzes mērķus un uzdevumus, un zināmā mērā var prognozēt rezultātus. Nezinot teorijas, sociālais darbinieks nespēj profesionāli veikt sociālā darbinieka funkcijas. Atslēgvārdi: teorija, pieeja, modelis, sociālā darba teorijas, intervence.

A theme of diploma work is “Analysis and application in praxis of social work theory”. The target of diploma work is researching social work theory and analyzing their application in praxis in order to clarify, how the social work theories are applied in social work. To make a target, an author of this work raises the following tasks: analyzing the social work theories; researching the application of social work theory in the social work; comparing social work theories. The comparison of theories was performed by following criteria: the main principles of theories; the explanation of causes of social problem; the process and methods of intervention, used in solving social problem. In the theoretical part of work an author analyzes and compares the social work theories. A diploma work consists of three sections – in the first section there are characterized the social work theories, researched the point of view of different theoretical cognition on causes of rising of social problems and their possible solving models. At the second part an author offers the comparison of theories by projective criteria. Four social work theories are analyzed - theory of crisis intervention, approach, centered to the target, theory of systems and theory of ecological systems. Second section is divided into three subdivisions: the main principles of theories; the explanation of causes of social problem; the process and methods of intervention, used in solving social problem. In the third section an author gives research results on application of theories in praxis. In the empirical part an author analyzes theoretical knowledge on social work theories of social workers, and its application in solving clients’ problems as well as researches, if they have sufficient knowledge and insight on social work theories. An author of work has made an analysis of opinions of social services’ workers about application of theories in the practical social work. An author has performed her empirical research in the departments of support for families with children of three Riga City social services: social service of Kurzemes area, social service of Latgales suburb, social service of Zemgales suburb, making the interview of experts of partly structured focus group. Analyzed an opinion of respondent, we can conclude, that qualitative and effective social work can be done only with adequate education and theoretical basis, which gives the necessary knowledge to social worker. Social work theories as instrument help to prognosis next activity, determine the targets and tasks of every activity and in a way can make prognosis of results. If social worker do not know theories, he cannot perform the functions of social worker professionally. Key words: theory, approach, model, social work theories, intervention.
