Čeku izdalīšana skenētos dokumentos

Abstract

Mūsdienās grāmatvedība tiek uzturēta elektroniskajās sistēmās, bet apritē tiek izmantoti papīra dokumenti. Manuāla papīru dokumentu ievade sistēmā ir laikietilpīgs process, tāpēc to cenšas automatizēt. Automatizētā papīra čeku ievades procesā vairāki čeki tiek līmēti uz vienas papīra lapas un skenēti ka viens attēls. Tālākai apstrādei ir nepieciešams izdalīt visus attēlā esošus čekus ka atsevišķus attēlus. Pētījuma mērķis ir izstrādāt paņēmienu, kas ļauj automātiski izdalīt čekus no skenēta attēla. Pētījumā tiek risināta izdalīšanas problēma balstoties uz saistītu apgabalu un to izliektu čaulu analīzi. Izstrādātais paņēmiens spēj izdalīt čekus neatkarīgi no fona papīra krāsas, spēj identificēt, čeku pārklāšanos vai pieskaršanos lapas malai, arī spēj sadalīt divus pārklājušus čekus.

Accounting is done in information systems, but there are still many paper documents used. Document input automation is highly appreciated, because the manual input of paper documents into information system is time consuming process. Automated paper receipt input process starts with gluing receipts on one sheet of paper and scanning a digital image of receipts. After that, receipts must be separated in the scanned image, because further processing requires one receipt per image input. The objective of this survey is to produce a method for automated receipt separation in scanned images. The proposed method is based on the analysis of connected components and convex hulls. The produced method is capable of separating receipts independently form the background paper color, detecting and separating overlaying receipts.
