Abstract

Dokumentu aprites reģistrācijas sistēma ļaus uzņēmumam reģistrēt tā apritē esošos dokumentus un ar tiem saistītos datus, kā arī norīkot dokumentu pienācīgu izpildi un apstrādi uzņēmuma darbiniekiem. Sistēma nodrošinās iespēju kontrolēt un analizēt darbiniekiem deleģēto uzdevumu izpildi, daudzumu un virzību uzņēmuma darbinieku starpā. Tiks nodrošināta iespēja izvērtēt kopēju uzņēmuma apritē esošo dokumentu īpatsvaru un reģistrācijas noslogojumu, pētot analītiskos pārskatus, lai veiktu efektīvu uzņēmuma pārvaldību. Visu dokumentu veidu drukāšana jebkurā dokumentu reģistrācijas periodā nodrošinās iespēju veidot dažādiem mērķiem paredzētas atskaites. The registration system of the document circulation will allow the company to register the documents it has in it’s circulation and the data related to them, and also to assign due execution and handling of documents to company's employees. The system will allow to control and analyze the fulfillment of the tasks delegated to staff, their amount and progress between company's employees. It will provide the opportunity to evaluate the company's joint proportion of documents in circulation and registration workload by researching the analytical reviews for effective business management. The possibility to print all types of document at any period of the documents registration will provide an opportunity to create reports for different purposes. Each user will be able to look at the tasks delegated to them and individual tasks in a convenient and foreseeable calendar, which will provide an on time execution of the everyday work, reminding the user about them.
