The document is devoted to software testing completeness problem. As shows experience, in any software product, after its delivery to customer, are detected errors, which were not found in testing phase. In this work author researches types of defects, registered by clients and studies why they were not discovered by testers. After careful existing literature and world experience research, metrics are defined, which helps to understand if product testing was complete enough. On the basis of defined metrics, test case set is defined and appropriate test automation approach is selected, which tests enterprise product. In the end of master thesis acquired knowledge and results are summarized.
