Darbs ir veltīts programmatūras testēšanas pilnības problēmai. Kā rāda pieredze, jebkurā programmatūras produktā pēc tās nodošanas klientam tiek atklātas kļūdas, kuras netika pamanītas testēšanas fāzē. Darbā tiek apkopota uzņēmumā esoša, klientu piereģistrētu kļūdu statistika, kļūdu veidi un tiek izanalizēts kāpēc tās netika pamanītas. Pēc rūpīgas esošas literatūras un pasaules pieredzes izpētes, tiek nodefinētas metrikas, pēc kurām var noteikt vai produkts ir pietiekami notestēts. Balstoties uz nodefinētajām metrikām tiek izstrādāta testēšanas gadījumu kopa un tiek izvēlēta piemērotāka testēšanas automatizācijas pieeja, ar to palīdzību tiek notestēts uzņēmuma projekts. Maģistra darba beigās tiek apkopotas iegūtas zināšanas un rezultāti. The document is devoted to software testing completeness problem. As shows experience, in any software product, after its delivery to customer, are detected errors, which were not found in testing phase. In this work author researches types of defects, registered by clients and studies why they were not discovered by testers. After careful existing literature and world experience research, metrics are defined, which helps to understand if product testing was complete enough. On the basis of defined metrics, test case set is defined and appropriate test automation approach is selected, which tests enterprise product. In the end of master thesis acquired knowledge and results are summarized.
