Abstract

Bakalaura darbā “Reālā laika pārlūka lietojumprogrammas” ir apskatītas pārlūkā iebūvētās Html5, JavaScript tehnoloģiju reāla laika funkcionalitāte un salīdzinājums ar līdz šim pieejamām tehnoloģijām, piemēram Flash. Darba mērķis ir atrast labākos risinājums reāla laika lietojumprogrammu veidošanai, apskatīt Html5 un JavaScript potenciālu un pierādīt, ka šīs tehnoloģijas ir konkurētspējīgs risinājums. Bakalaura darbā no lietojumprogrammu klāsta, lielākoties, tiek apskatītas spēles, kas ir viens no izaicinošākajiem aspektiem šajā lauciņā. Tāpat darbā autors pieskaras starppārlūku problēmai, kas ir galvenais šķēršlis šādu lietojumprogrammu attīstīšanai.

Bachelor thesis "Real-time browser applications" looks at browser built-in HTML5, JavaScript technology functionality and real-time comparison with the previously available technology such as Flash. Objective is to find the best practices for real-time applications development and look at HTML5/JavaScript potential and show that this technology is a competitive solution. Bachelor thesis from range of browser applications mostly looks on games, which is one of the most challenging aspects in this field. Also author touches cross-browser problem, which is a major obstacle to the development of such applications.
