Indikatoru veidošanas metodes un to pielietojums informācijas panelī

Abstract

Mūsdienās indikatoriem ir nozīmīga loma organizācijas attīstībā, jo tie norāda vai organizācija izpilda izvirzītos mērķus. Veiktspējas mērījumus attēlo informācijas panelī, lai kontrolētu to darbību. Tā kā pastāv dažāda nozīmīguma, prioritātes un līmeņu indikatori rodas problēma, kurus indikatorus izvelēties. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot vai esošās indikatoru veidošanas metodes palīdz atrisināt nodefinēto problēmu. Darba uzdevums ir atrast indikatoru veidošanas metodes, izveidot indikatoru modeli un praktiski to pielietot informācijas panelī. Darba praktiskajā daļā tika attēloti Latvijas Universitātes atskaišu dati informācijas panelī un aprakstīti iegūtie rezultāti.

Nowadays indicators play an important role in any organization because they show organization’s objectives fulfilment. Performance measurements are designed in Dashboard because it helps monitor indicators. Since there are different types of indicators for example different priority or level indicators exist problem which indicators choose from all indicators. The aim of this work is to find out whether the indicator building techniques helps solve defined problem. Task is to find indicators building techniques and then create indicator model and use it in the Dashboard. Practical part contains dashboards which were developed based on data fromLatvian University reports and after that were described obtained results.
