Darbietilpības novērtēšanas procesa atbalsta sistēma, izmantojot "Delphi" metodoloģijas idejas

Abstract

Kvalifikācijas darbā aprakstītā sistēma ir tīmekļa aplikācija, kas ir datorizēta versija darbietilpības novērtēšanas procesam izmantojot „delphi” metodoloģijas idejas. Šī sistēma var tikt izmantota darbietilpības novērtēšanā pašiem vērtēšanas dalībniekiem neatrodoties vienā laikā un telpā, un balsošanas process var notikt ilgāku laika periodu tādējādi ļaujot vērtētājiem kārtīgāk apdomāt savu vērtējumi un pat iespējams iegūt vairāk informācijas par kādu tēmu, ja tas ir nepieciešams.

The described system in the qualifying work is a web application that is a computerized version of effort estimation process using the "Delphi" methodology ideas. This system can be used for effort estimation process while not having the evaluator members in the same room and the same time, and they may take a longer period of time to vote thus allowing the evaluators to take their time and reconsider their votes more precisely and even if needed gather more information about a topic if it is necessary.
