Projekts šūšanas salona "Reina" izveidošana
Abstract
Darba mērķis ir izstrādāt projektu apģērbu šūšanas uzņēmuma dibināšanai, kurš sniegtu pieprasītus un kvalitatīvus pakalpojumus apģērbu šūšanas un nomas jomā pēc iespējas lielākam klientu lokam, ar katru gadu attīstot un paplašinot sava uzņēmuma darbību.
Lai sasniegtu šo mērķi, ir izvirzīti sekojoši galvenie uzdevumi:
1.raksturot plānotā šūšanas salona paredzamo vadību un personālu;
2.raksturot tekstilrūpniecības nozari, noteikt tās attīstības perspektīvas, lai uz tā analīzes pamata noteiktu prognozējamo daļu tajā;
3.uz nozares analīzes pamata raksturot plānotā uzņēmuma darbību, piedāvāto pakalpojumu klāstu un iespējamos klientus;
4.uz tirgus analīzes pamata raksturot uzņēmuma paredzēto mārketinga stratēģiju, iespējamos konkurentus un virzību tirgū, kā arī izstrādāt SVID analīzi;
5.sniegt projekta realizācijas izklāstu, t.i. noteikt projekta paredzamos rezultātus, realizācijas vietu, nepieciešamos tehniskos līdzekļus un finanšu resursus;
6.balstoties uz iespējamiem finanšu resursiem, ekonomisko stāvokli valstī un citiem ekonomiskajiem rādītājiem, sastādīt uzņēmuma finansiālās darbības prognozi turpmākiem 3 gadiem;
7.noteikt paredzamos riskus un uz to analīzes pamata izstrādāt pasākumus galveno risku ietekmes ierobežošanai vai samazināšanai.
Maģistra darbs tika ir izklāstīts latviešu valodā uz 86 lapām un sastāv no 8 nodaļām un 24 apakšnodaļām. The objective of thesis is to develop the project for establishment of sewing company which would offer the marketable and qualitative service for sewing and rent of clothes to as much as possible greater circle of clients, continuing to expand and develop the activity of the company each year.
In order to reach this objective the following main tasks are proposed:
1.to characterize the expected management and staff of planned sewing saloon;
2.to characterize the branch of textile industry, to define its perspectives for development in order to determine the predictable part in it based on analysis;
3.to characterize the activity of planned company, the proposed choice of services and possible clients based on the analysis of this branch;
4.to characterize the provided strategy of marketing in company, potential competitors and progression in the market, as well as SWOT analysis based on market analysis;
5.to offer the interpretation of project’s realization, ie. to determine predictable results of project, the place of distribution, the necessary hardware and financial resources;
6.to compose the prognosis of company’s financial position for the further three years based on the presumptive financial resources, the national economic situation and other economic indices;
7.to appoint the potential risks and work out the measures for restriction or reduction of main risks` influence based on their analysis.
The thesis is presented in Latvian on 86 pages. It consists of 8 chapters and 24 subdivisions.
