Projekts "Michelin" distribūcijas un loģistikas izveidošana

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēmas nosaukums: projekts „Michelin” riepu izplātīšanas loģistikas uzņēmuma izveidošana, kurš darbojas Baltijas reģiona tirgū. Pirmā nodaļā ir aprakstīta projekta ideja un aktualitāte. ”Sanitex” UAB – Lietuvas uzņēmums, kurš finansē projekta īstenošanu. Un lai strādātu Latvijā, tiek pieņemts lēmums par meitas uzņēmuma izveidošanu. To nosaukums ir SIA „Sanitex Distribution&Logistics”. No 2008. gadā 01. janvārī uzņēmumā, Lietuvā tiks nolēmts paplašināt savu darbību un nodibināt meitas uzņēmumu Latvijā ar nosaukumu SIA „Sanitex Distribution&Logistics”. Iemesli dibināšanai tieši Latvijā ir šādi: 1.Ekonomika Latvijā pēdējos gados ļoti strauji attīstījusies 2.Latvija atrodas ļoti laba ģeogrāfiskā vietā 3.Mentalitets un dzīves tendences Latvijā un Lietuvā ir līdzīgie

In the first part the idea of the project and its actuality is described. "Sanitex" UAB – the Lithuanian company which is engaged in project financing. To work in Latvia, the decision on branch creation in Latvia under name SIA “Sanitex Distribution&Logistics” was accepted. Since January 1st, 2008 there was accepted a decision about the business expansion in Lithuania. The main reasons of opening of branch in Latvia: a). The economy of Latvia actively developed for the period of last years b). Latvia has favourable geographical position c). The mentality and vital tendencies of the people of Latvia and Lithuania are very similar The project that SIA “Sanitex Distribution&Logistics” is going to develop is connected with company Michelin that works in the market of auto-tyre casing. Till January 1st, 2008, the distributor of auto-tyre casing in the Baltic region was other company, but its contract with Michelin has expired, and new one has not been concluded
