Būvniecības nozares problēmu un tendenču analīze Latvijā

Abstract

Diplomdarba nosaukums ir - “Būvniecības nozares problēmu un tendenču analīze Latvijā”. Darba teorētiskajā daļā apskatīts būvniecības nozares raksturojums: būvniecības tradīcijas, būvniecības politika, būvniecības nacionālā programma, būvniecības nozares finansēšanas avoti, kā arī būvniecības nozīme Latvijas tautsaimniecībā. Darba praktiskajā daļā autors veica Latvijas būvniecības nozares analīzi par 2005. līdz 2009.gadu. Analizēti tika statistiskie dati un to izmaiņas šajā periodā, mēģināts noteikt izmaiņu cēloņus. Diplomdarba uzdevumu izpildīšanai tika izmantotas informācijas vākšanas un apkopošanas, statistikas datu apkopošanas un analizēšanas metodes. Autors izteicis arī priekšlikumus būvniecības nozares sakārtošanai un uzlabošanai. Diplomdarba apjoms ir 72 lapas, tas sastāv no 2 daļām. Darbā ir izmantotas 17 tabulas, 14 attēli.

Diploma thesis entitled - "The construction industry problems and trends in Latvian". Job viewed part of the theoretical description of the construction industry: building tradition, building policies, construction of the national program, the construction sector funding sources, as well as the construction of meaning in the Latvian economy. In the practical part of the author conducted an analysis of the Latvian construction industry for 2005. by 2009. Statistical data were analyzed, and changes during this period, attempts to identify the causes of the change. Diploma thesis of the tasks were used in the collection and compilation of statistical data collection and analysis methods. The author also made proposals for the construction industry to organize and improve. Diploma level is 72 pages, it consists of 2 parts. The paper used in 17 tables, 14 figures.
