SIA “Lana” finanšu stabilitātes analīze un izvērtēšana

Abstract

Studiju nobeiguma darbā “SIA Lana finanšu stabilitātes analīze un izvērtēšana” tika veikta uzņēmuma finanšu analīze, izvērtēti sasniegtie saimniekošanas rezultāti, tika noteikts uzņēmuma finanšu stabilitātes līmenis, novērtēta uzņēmējdarbības aktivitāte un efektivitāte. Darba mērķis - izpētīt un izanalizēt uzņēmuma darbību, noskaidrot galvenās sakarības un pazīmes, lai iegūtu objektīvu un skaidru priekšstatu par uzņēmuma finansiālo stāvokli, atrast finanšu stabilitātes pasliktināšanās iemeslus, novērtēt bankrota iespējamību, kā arī izstrādāt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma vadībai, kuri nepieciešami lēmumu pieņemšanai nākotnē. Lai sasniegtu izvirzītos mērķus, darbā tika izskatīti un izvērtēti dažādi uzņēmuma darbības rādītāji. Galvenie no tiem ir: uzņēmuma likviditāte un rentabilitāte, ekonomiskās aktivitātes rādītāji, finanšu stabilitātes rādītāji, ka arī izmantoti pieci bankrota prognozēšanas modeļi. Darba gaitā atrasti finanšu stabilitātes pasliktināšanas iemesli, atklātas uzņēmuma darbības kļūdas un doti priekšlikumi uzņēmuma darbības uzlabošanai. Darbā ietilpst sešdesmit lapaspuses un darba struktūra ir šāda: ievads, astoņas nodaļas, secinājumi un priekšlikumi, izmantotās literatūras saraksts.

In the final study work “"Lana" LLC financial stability analysis and evaluation” the financial analysis of the company has been executed, financial stability level of the company has been defined and the activity and effectiveness of the company’s work have been evaluatd. The goal of the paper is to study and analyze work of the company to gain objective and clear presentation of the company’s financial situation, to find the reasons for the deterioration of financial stability, to evaluate the risks of bankruptcy as well as work out suggestions for the board of the company which are necessary for making decisions in the future. To gain the declared aim various indexes of the company’s functioning have been examined and evaluated. The main of them are: liquidity and return on sales (ROS), economical activity indexes, financial stability indexes, as well as five models of bankruptcy prediction have been used. In the writing process of the bachelor paper the author has find the reasons of the company’s stability deterioration, has revealed the mistakes in company’s functioning and has given suggestions for improvement of the company’s functioning. The bachelor paper has 60 pages, it contains introduction, eight parts, summary and suggestions, and the list of literature used. The most important information issues are legislative acts of Latvian republic, Latvian scientists’ works, publications in periodic, as well as annual reports and non-published information about “Lana” LLC.
