Finanšu anlīze SIA "Latvijas Mobilais Telefons"

Abstract

Bakalaura darba nosaukums ir „Finanšu analīze SIA „Latvijas Mobilais Telefons”” (LMT). Tā kā mobilo telekomunikāciju nozare no monopola ir attīstījusies līdz konkurences tirgum, Latvijas valsts ir izlēmusi pārdot tai piederošās uzņēmuma pamatkapitāla daļas. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izanalizēt finanšu rādītājus LMT, lai noskaidrotu vai tas ir pievilcīgs potenciālajiem pircējiem, neskatoties uz ekonomisko krīzi. Veiktais pētījums liek secināt, ka LMT krīze skāra smagāk nekā nozari kopumā. Neskatoties uz to, potenciālajiem pircējiem šis uzņēmums varētu būt pievilcīgs, jo LMT finanšu rādītāji tik un tā ir virs nozares vidējiem. Priekšlikumi tika izstrādāti uz datu analīzes bāzes. The title of Bachelor thesis is "Financial Analysis of SIA „Latvijas Mobilais Telefons”” (LMT). As the mobile telecommunications industry has evolved from a monopoly to a competitive market, the government of Latvia has decided to sell their shares in the company's capital. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the financial performance of LMT to determine whether it might be attractive to potential buyers despite the economic crisis. Study suggests that financial crisis hit the LMT harder than the industry as a whole. Nevertheless company could be appealing while the LMT financial results remain above the industry’s average. Suggestions are based on data analysis.
