AS "Aldaris" finanšu analīze un attīstības iespējas

Abstract

AS Aldaris, kura galvenais darbības veids ir alus, minerālūdens, vieglo alkoholisko kokteiļu kā arī atspirdzinošo dzērienu ražotāja un izplatītāja, finansiālā situācija kopš 2009. gada ir pasliktinājusies un tā darbība 2011. gadā nenes peļņu. Diplomdarba mērķis ir aprēķināt un izanalizēt AS „Aldaris” finansiālās darbības rādītājus un izvērtēt tā attīstības iespējas. Diplomdarbā, veicot AS Aldaris finansiālās situācijas izpēti, periodā no 2009. gada līdz 2011. gadam, identificēta AS Aldaris finansiālo rādītāju - debitoru, apgrozāmo līdzekļu, pašu kapitāla, uzkrājumu un peļņas vai zaudējumu posteņu - pasliktināšanās. Pamatojoties uz izstrādāto finanšu analīzi, novērtētas AS Aldaris attīstības tendences un izstrādāti priekšlikumi identificēto problēmu risināšanai.

“Aldaris” corporations, whose main business is beer, mineral water, light alcoholic cocktails as well as soft drinks manufacturing and distribution, financial situation since year 2009 has deteriorated and its activities in year 2011 was not profitable. Diploma aim is to estimate and analyze the "Aldaris" corporation financial performance and to evaluate its potential. The financial situation of Aldaris during the two-year study period from 2009 to 2011 has been analyzed and the following financial indicators have deteriorated: receivables, working capital, working capital, owners equity, and profit/loss statement. Based on the financial analysis of the Aldaris company, the author of this diploma thesis has prepared a summary of the company's financial trends and has established proposals for identifying these problems.
