Latvijas starptautisko biznesa procesu ārpakalpojumu priekšrocības un riski

Abstract

Ārpakalpojumu izmatošana kļuvusi par ierastu praksi uzņēmumu vidū starptautiskā līmenī. Biznesa procesu jeb funkciju izpildes nodošana ārējām piegādātajam sniedzas pāri ne tikai uzņēmuma, bet arī valsts robežām, padarot ārpakalpojumu izmantošanu par daļu no starptautiskās tirdzniecības. Līdz ar Latvijas iesaistīšanos starptautiskajā tirdzniecībā, piedāvājot savus ārpakalpojumus citu valstu uzņēmumiem, šī darba mērķis ir izpētīt Latvijā piedāvāto biznesa procesu ārpakalpojumu priekšrocības un riskus, kā arī noteikt, kuru valstu uzņēmumi tiek nodrošināti ar Latvijā pieejamiem ārpakalpojumiem, kas tiek aprakstīts trešajā nodaļā. Bakalaura darba pirmajā nodaļā tika noskaidroti ārpakalpojumu izmantošanas teorētiskie aspekti, taču otrajā nodaļā tiek apskatītas pasaules tendences. Outsourcing has become a common practice among the companies all over the world. Choosing a third-party vendor who would perform specific function or business process reaches beyond the borders of companies and also the borders of countries becoming a part of international trade. The aim of this paper is to explore the advantages and risks of the business process offshore outsourcing offered in Latvia to companies in other countries, in addition to find out which countries are the clients of the business process services offered in Latvia, all of that described in part three of this paper. The theoretical aspect of business process offshore outsourcing, its advantages and risks are described in the first part of the thesis while world tendencies are described in the second part.
