Risinājumi SIA „Daiļrade RC” finanšu situācijas uzlabošanai

Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma ir risinājumi SIA „Daiļrade RC” finanšu situācijas uzlabošanai. Izvēlētais temats dod iespēju iepazīties un izprast vadības lēmumu pieņemšanas procesu un finanšu analīzes lomu vadības lēmumu pieņemšanas procesā. Diplomdarba mērķis ir uz teorētisko un praktisko materiālu pamata veikt SIA „Daiļrade RC” finanšu analīzi, atklāt nepilnības un trūkumus saimnieciskajā finanšu darbībā un tā rezultātā izdarīt secinājumus un izstrādāt priekšlikumus finanšu situācijas uzlabošanai. Pēc uzņēmuma finanšu situācijas analīzes, autors izstrādā priekšlikumus tās uzlabošanai, kurus varētu izmantot analizējamā uzņēmuma vadība turpmāko finanšu lēmumu pieņemšanā. Darbs ir sadalīts 5 nodaļās. Pētāmais periods ir 5 gadi, no 2003.-2007.gadam.

The topic of the graduation work is “The solutions to improve the financial situation of “Daiļrade RC” Ltd. The chosen topic gives a chance to acquaint with and to understand the process of resolution enacting by the chairmen and the importance of the financial analysis when enacting the resolutions. The aim of this work is to make the financial analysis on a base of theoretical and practical recourses to reveal the shortages of economical financial actions and to make conclusions of them and to work out the propositions to upgrade the financial situation of the enterprise. Basing on the analysis of the financial situation of the enterprise one is able to develop the propositions to improve it. The propositions would be expedient for the further development of the enterprise. The work consists of 5 chapters. The financial situation of the enterprise has been explored since 2003 to 2007.
