Līzinga būtība, veidi un darījumu uzskaite

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Līzinga būtība, veidi un darījumu uzskaite”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt līzinga veidus, tā būtību un darījumu uzskaiti, un apkopojot savākto informāciju izvirzīt priekšlikumus par līzinga problēmu novēršanu. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 59 lapas. Tas sastāv no 4 nodaļām, kurās ietverta 1 tabula un 6 attēli. Pirmajā darba nodaļā ir aprakstīta līzinga vēsture un attīstības tendences Latvijā. Otrajā darba nodaļā izskatīta līzinga būtība. Trešajā nodaļā analizēti līzinga veidi Latvijā. Ceturtajā nodaļā ir aprakstīta līzinga darījumu uzskaite. Darba gaitā autore secinājusi, ka pēc savas ekonomiskās būtības līzings ir pušu līgumattiecības sakarā ar vienas puses finansu un mantas izmantošanu otras puses interesēs, kā arī vienošanās par to, ka otrā puse segs pirmās puses izdevumus un kādus procentus (pirmās puses peļņa) tai maksās. A bachelor work theme is „Leasing essence, kinds and account of transactions”. A bachelor work aim is to analize leasing kinds, its essence and transaction take into account, and summarizing the collected information to eloborate suggestions for prevent leasing problems. A bachelor work volume is 59 sheets. It’s consists of 4 chapters, which contents 1 table and 6 images. In the first chapter department there is analized history of a leasing and development tendences in Latvia. Second chapter is about leasing essence. In third part are analised leasing types in Latvia. In forth part are analyzed leasing operation accounting. During the analysis auhoress made a conclusion, leasing of its own economic merits are contractual relationship in connection with one part of financial resources and property in each other's interests. Leasing is an agreement that the lessor provides the lessee will pay the expenses and will receive from the lessee.
