Vides estētikas modelis lauku tūrisma attīstībai Limbažu rajonā

Abstract

Latvijas lauku ainava - viens no tūrisma attīstības resursiem veido nepieciešamos priekšnoteikumus lauku tūrisma uzņēmējdarbībai. Maģistra darbā autore apskata un analizē vides estētikas jeb ainaviskās pieejas izmantošanu kā vienu no instrumentiem lauku tūrisma attīstības plānošanas praksē, par piemēru izmantojot Limbažu rajona ainavisko estētisko kvalitāti, tai skaitā vizuālo novērtējumu. Maģistra darbs sastāv no septiņām daļām un to apakšnodaļām. Darba autore pētījumā apskata lauku tūrisma attīstību vides pārvaldības perspektīvā, analizē tā ietekmi uz vides (ekoloģisko) un sociāli – ekonomiskajām dimensijām, galvenokārt uzmanību vēršot uz ainavu kā tūrisma resursu vides estētikas perspektīvā. Bez problēmnostādnes situācijas izpētes un teorētiskās literatūras analīzes, veikts empīrisks socioloģisks pētījums ainavas plānošanas ekspertu un Limbažu rajona iedzīvotāju vidū. Pētījuma rezultātā izstrādāts konceptuāls vides estētikas modelis un priekšlikumu pakete, kas balstās uz vides estētikas metodoloģisko pieeju izmantošanu, t.sk. ainavas vizuālā tēla un estētiskās kvalitātes kritēriju izmantošanu ainavu plānošanā, kā arī uz sadarbības veidošanu ar pašvaldību, ainavu plānošanas ekspertiem, iedzīvotājiem un pārējām mērķgrupām. Modeļa realizācijai apzināti nepieciešamie priekšnosacījumi, t.sk. instrumenti un resursu nodrošinājums. Maģistra darba izstrādes gaitā iegūtais sistēmiskais skatījums uz estētisko ainavu plānošanu var tikt izmantots ne tikai Limbažu rajona, bet arī citu rajonu pašvaldību plānošanas procesos, integrējot vides estētikas metodoloģisko pieeju teritorijas plānojumos vai izstrādājot specifiskus ainavu aizsardzības plānus.

The countryside scenery of Latvia – one of the resources required for the development of tourism – forms the necessary preconditions for countryside tourism business. In her Master's work the author discusses and analyses the use of environmental aesthetics or landscape approach as one of the tools for the practice of countryside tourism development planning, using the landscape structure of Limbaži district, it’s visual disposition and assessment of aesthetical quality as an example. The Masters work consists of seven sections and corresponding subsections. The author of the work in this research discusses the development of countryside tourism from the perspective of environment management and analyses its influence on the environment (ecological) and socially-economic dimensions, paying attention mainly to the scenery as a resource of tourism from the perspective of environmental aesthetics. In addition to research of the situation of problem establishment, an empirical sociological study has been performed among the experts of landscape planning and inhabitants of Limbaži district. As a result of the research, a conceptual model of environment aesthetics and a set of suggestions have been developed, based on the use of methodological approaches of environment aesthetics, including the application of the visual image and criteria of aesthetic quality to landscape planning as well as cooperation with municipality, landscape planning experts, inhabitants and the other target groups. The preconditions, tools and means of resources required for the implementation of the model have been determined. The systematic view on the aesthetic landscape planning obtained during the development of the Master’s work can be used in planning processes not only in Limbaži district, but also in municipalities of other districts, integrating methodological approach to environmental aesthetics in area planning or developing specific landscape protection plans.
