Finanšu stāvokļa analīze un bankrota prognozēšana uzņēmumā SIA „Iepirkumu grupa”

Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma ir “Finanšu stāvokļa analīze un bankrota prognozēšana uzņēmumā SIA “Iepirkumu grupa””. Darba mērķis ir uz teorētisko un praktisko materiālu pamata izpētīt uzņēmuma SIA „Iepirkumu grupa” esošo finanšu stāvokli un bankrota iespējamību, pielietojot dažādas analīzes metodes, un veikt secinājumus un priekšlikumus, lai uzlabotu uzņēmuma darbību. Darbā ir izanalizēti un aprēķināti: uzņēmuma likviditātes, rentabilitātes rādītāji un novērtēta darbības aktivitāte un finansiālā stabilitāte, kā arī ir veikta uzņēmuma bankrota prognozēšana. Apskatot SIA „Iepirkumu grupa” finansiālo stāvokli un analizējot vairāku rādītāju kopumu, kas atspoguļo uzņēmuma kapitāla stāvokli tā aprites procesā, kā arī tā spēju finansēt savu darbību, uzņēmuma likviditātes rādītāji palielinās un tā ir pozitīva tendence. Finansiālās stabilitātes koeficientu aprēķins norāda, ka uzņēmums atrodas nestabilā finansiālā situācijā, bet apskatāmajā perioda beigās ir vērojama pozitīva tendence. Analizējot, darbības aktivitātes koeficientus, ir vērojamas pozitīvās un negatīvās tendences. Rentabilitātes rādītāji ir samazinājušies, bet tie ir pozitīvi, tāpēc tā ir pozitīva tendence. Uzņēmuma bankrota iespējamība no 2006. gada līdz 2008. gadam pakāpeniski ir samazinājusies, vērojamas pozitīvas tendences un stabilitāte. Diplomdarbs sastāv no ievada, četrām nodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem, kā arī izmantotās literatūras un avotu saraksta. Lai sasniegtu darba mērķi, autore izvirzīja vienpadsmit uzdevumus. Darba apjoms ir 89 lapaspuses, tajā iekļauti 16 attēli, 24 tabulas, 26 formulas, pievienoti 11 pielikumi. Bibliogrāfiskajā sarakstā izmantoti 29 literatūras avoti. The theme of the diploma paper is “Financial situation analysis and bankruptcy predicting in company „Iepirkumu grupa” Ltd”. The aim of the paper is to investigate the existing financial position and the possibility of bankruptcy at „Iepirkumu grupa” Ltd., basing the analysis on theoretical and practical materials and using different methods of analysis, and drawing out conclusions and making suggestions in order to improve the activity of the enterprise. The following data are analyzed, calculated and estimated in the paper: the ratios of liquidity and profitability, efficiency of the activity, financial stability, as well as forecasting of bankruptcy of the enterprise is done. Considering the financial position of ”Iepirkumu grupa” Ltd. and making analysis of several indicators which reflect the position of the enterprise capital in the process of its circulation as well as the ability to finance its activity, in general, the ratios of liquidity increase and this is a positive tendency. The calculation of the rate of financial stability indicates that the enterprise has an unstable financial situation but there is a positive tendency observed at the end of the period of the survey. Analyzing the efficiency of the activity rates, both positive and negative trends are observed. The profitability data have gone down but still having a positive trend. The possibility of bankruptcy gradually has decreased in the period of 2006-2008, positive trends and stability are evident. The diploma paper consists of introduction, four chapters, conclusions and suggestions and the list of bibliography and sources used in it. To reach the aim the author has set 11 tasks. The amount of the paper is 89 pages with 16 pictures, 24 tables, 26 formulas, and 11 appendices are added. 29 sources of bibliography are used.
