Uzņēmuma SIA "TV3 Latvia" finanšu analīze un novērtējums

Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma ir SIA „TV3 latvia” finansu datu analīze un novērtējums. Darbs tiek analīzets par laika posmu no 2008. gada līdz 2010. gadam.Diplomdarba galvenais mērķis ir noteikt finansiālo situāciju uzņēmumā un vai Ekonomikas krīze un lejupslīde ir ietkmējusi uzņēmuma saimniecisko darbību. Veiksmīga uzņēmuma finansiālā stāvokļā analīzei un novērtēšanai, autore, izmantojot koeficientu analīzes rezultātus: likviditātes rādītāji, rentabilitātes rādītāji, aprites rādītāji, maksātspējas rādītāji, aprēķinātos koeficientus salīdzinās ar vispārpieņemtajiem parametriem, iepriekšējo gadu analoģiskajiem rādītājiem un konkurējošo uzņēmumu rādītājiem. Diplomdarba apjoms sastāv no četrām daļām: pirmajā daļā tiek aprakstīti teorētiskie apsketi, būtība, mērķi, otrajā daļā tiek aprakstīti finansu analīzes koeficienti, to raksturojums. Trešā daļa ir uzņēmuma SIA „TV3 Latvia” finansu datu analīze un novērtējums. Ceturtajā daļā autore analizēja SIA „TV3 Latvia” konkurenta AS „Latvijas Nacionālā Televīzija” finansu datus un no iegūtajiem rezultātiem veica finansu datu salīdzināšanu un analīzi. Graduation theme is Ltd. "TV3 Latvia” financial data analysis and evaluation. Work is analyzed for the period from the 2008th to 2010. Graduation main objective is to determine the financial situation of the company and whether the economic crisis and the recession is infuence company's business operations. A successful company financial analysis and evaluation, the author, using a factor analysis: liquidity, profitability, circulation figures, solvency indicators, the coefficients calculated by comparing with the generally accepted parameters, analogous to the previous years performance and competitive business performance. Graduation level consists of four parts: the first part describes the aspects of theoretical, the nature, purpose, second part describes the analysis of financial ratios, their characteristics. The third part is the company "TV3 Latvia” financial data analysis and evaluation. In the fourth part the author has analyzed Ltd. "TV3 Latvia" competitor of "Latvian National Television” financial data and the results obtained were compared, and financial data analysis.
