Strukturālā bezdarba vērtējums Latvijā un starptautiskā pieredze problēmas risināšanā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir: „Strukturālā bezdarba vērtējums Latvijā un starptautiska pieredze problēmas risināšanā”. Bakalaura darba tēmas izvēli autore pamato ar diskusijām sabiedrībā par to, kāpēc vēl joprojām Latvijā ir tik augsts bezdarba līmenis un kā šo situāciju varētu mainīt. Darba mērķis ir novērtēt strukturālā bezdarba situāciju Latvijā, un, balstoties uz starptautisko pieredzi, izstrādāt rekomendācijas strukturālā bezdarba problēmas risināšanā. Darba galvenais secinājums ir tas, ka Latvija varētu uzlabot savu nodarbinātības politiku ar fundamentālāku tirgus izpēti, stingrāku mērķprogrammu izveidi, ciešāku sadarbību starp darbadevēju, valsti un potenciālajiem darbiniekiem, tirgus elastību un motivējot bezdarbnieku ātrāk atgriezties darba tirgū. Darbs sastāv no ievada, trīs daļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem. Darbs satur 66 lapas teksta datorsalikumā, tajā ir 23 attēli, 5 tabulas un 1 pielikums. Literatūras saraksts sastāv no 43 ierakstiem. Atslēgas vārdi: bezdarbs, strukturāls bezdarbs, nodarbinātība, nodarbinātības politika, darba tirgus.

The topic of the bachelor’s paper is “Assessment of structural unemployment in Latvia and international experience in solving the issue”. The selection of the topic is reasoned by the public discussion in recently Latvia’s high unemployment rate and the way how could it be changed. The main aim of this paper is make to assessment of structural unemployment in Latvia and give suggestions in solving the issue based on international experience. The main conclusion of the bachelor's paper is that Latvia could improve their employment policies with deeper fundamental research, more target program for the selected groups, closer co-operation between employers, state and potential employees, enhance labour market flexibility and motivating the unemployed to get back to work sooner. The bachelor’s paper consists of the introduction, three chapters, conclusions and suggestions. The total amount of the paper is 66 pages in computer print, 23 images, 5 tables and 1 appendix. The bibliography of the paper contains 43 records. Key words: unemployment, structural unemployment, employment, employment policy, labour market.
