Latvijas mazo un vidējo uzņēmumu attīstības veicināšana Eiropas Savienības apstākļos

Abstract

Daudzās valstīs MVU skaits procentuāli aug straujāk nekā cita veida uzņēmumu skaits. Tomēr ne vienmēr MVU spēj pilnvērtīgi attīstīties, jo finanšu līdzekļu apjoms ir nepietiekams, ir grūtības atrast kvalificētu darbaspēku, pastāv reģionālās atšķirības utt. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir raksturot un analizēt MVU attīstības veicināšanu Latvijā, to finansēšanu ar valsts palīdzību un ES atbalstu, kā arī izpētīt MVU problēmas un to risinājumus Latvijas ekonomikā. Pētījuma uzdevumi-izpētīt MVU būtību, to problēmas un priekšrocības, analizēt MVU attīstības dinamiku Latvijā, izpētīt MVU darbību regulējošos tiesību aktus utt. Izejot no bakalaura darba rezultātiem, autore secina, ka MVU bieži vien ir grūti orientēties mainīgajos tirgus apstākļos. Tādēļ ir nepieciešams aktīvs valdības atbalsts ES apstākļos, kas veicinātu šo uzņēmumu dzīvotspējas un konkurētspējas palielināšanos. In the countries the amount of SME rise more quickly than other kinds of enterprises. But not always SME can develop of full value, because the amount of finansial resources is not enought, difficulties to find qualified employes and there are regional differences. The bachelor work’s aim is to charactize and analyse the promation of SME developing in Latvia, their financing by the state assistance and a support by EU, to research the problems of SME and their solvings in Latvian economy as well. The tasks of the research are to research the essence of SME, their problems and advantages, to analyse development’s dinamic of SME in Latvia, to research the action regulating rights’statements, Based on the results of bachelor work, the author makes conclusion that SME is difficult to be competent in variable market conditions. That’s why it is necessary active government support in conditions of EU which will promote developing of viability and competitivenss for these enterprises.
