Klimata pārmaiņu adaptācija Latvijas lauku attīstībā

Abstract

Maģistra darbā „Klimata pārmaiņu adaptācija Latvijas ilgtspējīgā lauku attīstībā” pētīta klimata pārmaiņu adaptācijas norise vienā no galvenajiem lauku sektoriem-lauksaimniecībā, identificējot galvenās problēmas, nosakot mērķi, izvirzot hipotēzi un formulējot uzdevumus mērķa sasniegšanai. Analītiskajā daļā veikta literatūras analīze par vides pārvaldību un klimata adaptāciju, kā arī klimata pārmaiņu adaptāciju lauksaimniecības vidē pirmkārt, ierobežojot klimata pārmaiņas un otrkārt, pielāgojoties pārmaiņām. Izmantoti pētījumu projekti gan Eiropā, gan Latvijā tajā skaitā arī analizēti starptautiskie, nacionālie un reģionālie normatīvie akti. Maģistra darba ietvaros veikts empīriskais pētījums, un izmantojot intervēšanas, anketēšanas un lauka studiju metodes, apzināta esošā situācija un novērtēta mērķgrupu attieksme par veicinošiem un kavējošiem apstākļiem klimata pārmaiņu adaptācijā. Pamatojoties uz literatūras apskatā gūtajām atziņām un pētījuma rezultātiem, izstrādātas klimata pārmaiņu adaptācijas Latvijas lauku attīstībai vadlīnijas.

Masters at Work "Climate Change Adaptation Latvian sustainable rural development" studied climate change adaptation process in one of the major urban sectors - agriculture, identifying the main problems in determining the purpose in speculating and defining the tasks to achieve. Analysis describes the analysis carried out in the literature on environmental management and climate adaptation and climate change adaptation in the agricultural environment by restricting climate change and secondly, adapting to change. Used in research projects in both Europe and the Latvian including analysis of international, national and regional laws and regulations. Master's work was carried out within the framework of an empirical study, and through interviews, questionnaire survey and field study techniques, identified and assessed the current situation of target groups in treatment of push and pull conditions of climate change adaptation. Based on the literature review lessons learned and results of the study, developed for climate change adaptation Latvian Rural Development guidelines.
