Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma ir finanšu analīze SIA "Loras nami" un tās novērtējums. Diplomdarba mērķis ir veikt SIA Loras Nami finanšu analīzi un izvērtēt finansiālo stāvokli. Diplomdarbs stāv no četrām nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā raksturojam SIA Loras nami saimniecisko darbību.. Otrajā nodaļā tiek analizēti un izvērtēti finanšu analīzes avoti, analīzes metožu raksturojums, kā arī finanšu koeficientu analīze. Trešajā nodāļā tiek veikta analīze par SIA „Loras nami” finansiālo stāvokli. Ceturtajā nodaļā tiek salīdzināts SIA „Loras nami’’ ar SIA „Linstow” finanšu analīzes rādītāji.
