EVAK darbības principi un tās pielietošanas analīze

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „EVAK darbības principi un tās pielietošanas analīze”. Sākot ar 2007.gadu, vērojama tendence, ka ar katru gadu EVAK karšu lietotāju skaits palielinās, tomēr, lielākā daļa iedzīvotāju neizmanto un nezin par šāda veida iespēju. Lai nodrošinātu EVAK karšu pieejamību, no valsts budžeta tiek patērēti līdzekļi, kuri ir ierobežotā daudzumā. Darba mērķis ir uz EVAK kartes principiem un analīzes pamata izstrādāt secinājumus un priekšlikumus, kas varētu sekmēt EVAK kartes darbību. Darba uzdevumi: iepazīties ar veselības apdrošināšanas principiem, EVAK kartes principiem un darbības nosacījumiem, izanalizēt pamatrādītājus un iedzīvotāju informētību, analizēt ienākumu un izdevumu struktūru, izteikt secinājumus un priekšlikumus EVAK kartes darbības uzlabošanai. Autors secina, ka lai iedzīvotājiem izsniegtu kartes, gadā aptuveni nepieciešami 20 000 LVL, kopējais karšu lietotāju skaits ir mazāks par 10% no visiem iedzīvotājiem un iedzīvotāji neizmanto tās, jo nezin kartes funkcijas.

Bachelor thesis is "EHIC operating principles and application analysis." Since 2007, there is a tendency that the EHIC card every year the number of users increases, however, most people do not use and do not know about this kind of opportunity. To ensure the availability of EHIC card, from the national budget is consumed products, which are in limited quantities. Work is the EHIC card and principles based on analysis of the findings and proposals that could contribute to EHIC card works. Specific objectives were: to get acquainted with the principles of health insurance, EHIC principles and operating conditions, to analyze the fundamentals and awareness, analyze income and expenditure structure, make submissions and proposals for improving the functioning of EHIC card. The author concludes that issued the card to the people, an estimated need of 20 000 LVL, the total number of card users is less than 10% of all citizens and residents do not use it because the card does not know the functions.
