Finanšu situācijas un konkurētspējas izvērtējums un to uzlabošanas iespējas SIA "DĪlers"

Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma ir „Finanšu situācijas un konkurētspējas izvērtējums un to uzlabošanas iespējas SIA „Dīlers””. Šāda tēma diplomdarbam ir izvēlēta tāpēc, ka savlaicīga un detalizēta uzņēmuma finansiālā stāvokļa un konkurētspējas analīze un novērtēšana ir ļoti svarīga, lai varētu sekmīgi vadīt uzņēmumu un nodrošināt uzņēmuma saimnieciskās darbības efektivitātes palielināšanos nākotnē. Rūpniecība ir svarīga Latvijas tautsaimniecības nozare, lai arī 2011.gadā rūpniecība veido tikai 12% no Latvijas iekšzemes kopprodukta, bet attīstītajās Eiropas Savienības valstīs tās īpatsvars ir 20% - 35%. Ekonomiskās krīzes apstākļos rūpnieciskās ražošanas uzņēmumu vidū konkurences cīņa ir ļoti nežēlīga, tāpēc diplomdarbā, pamatojoties uz SIA „Dīlers” finanšu rādītāju analīzi, tiek veikta ražošanas uzņēmuma saimnieciskās darbības izvērtēšana, tā izdzīvošanas iespēju novērtēšana mūsdienu ekonomikas apstākļos. Darbā ir izstrādāti priekšlikumi uzņēmuma SIA „Dīlers” finansiālā stāvokļa uzlabošanai.

The topic of the diploma thesis is „The evaluation of the financial situation and competitiveness and ways to improve these indicators with the LLC “Dīlers””.The aforementioned topic for the diploma thesis has been chosen as the timely and detailed analysis and evaluation of the financial situation and competitiveness in the company is paramount for the successful management of the company and warranting the increase in the effectiveness of the business operations of the company in the future.The industry is an important economic sector in Latvia although in 2011 it amounted to just 12 % of the Latvian gross domestic product while in the developed countries of the European Union its specific weight is some 20 % – 35 %.
