Elektroenerģijas apgādes nozīme tautsaimniecībā un AS „Sadales tīkls” iespējamie attīstības scenāriji

Abstract

Ņemot vērā, ka elektroenerģiju izmanto visās cilvēku dzīves un darba jomās tās nepārtraukta un kvalitatīva piegāde ir ļoti nozīmīga visas tautsaimniecības attīstībā. Maģistra darba mērķis ir izvērtēt Latvijas elektroenerģijas apgādes jomu un analizēt iespējamos AS „Sadales tīkls” attīstības scenārijus. Maģistra darbā apskatīta prognozēšanas iespēja izmantojot ekspertmetodi un scenāriju metodi, apskatīta Latvijas enerģijas stratēģija, „Kurzemes loks” nepieciešamība, elektroenerģijas tīklu infrastruktūras ietekme uz vidi, analizēta elektroenerģijas patēriņa struktūra, kā arī apskatīti elektroenerģijas kvalitātes rādītāji un veikti nozares datu salīdzinājumi ar citām valstīm. Iespējamiem AS „Sadales tīkls” attīstības scenārijiem tika izmantota modificētā Delfi metode, trenda modeļi, kā arī scenāriju metode un statistiskās apstrādes metodes.

Considering the fact that electric power is being used in all aspects of human daily lives and labour activities its uninterrupted and qualitative supply is very important for the development of national economy. The aim of this master’s degree paper is to evaluate the sphere of electric power supply in Latvia and do analysis on possible development scenarios of AS „Sadales tīkls”. The paper includes a review of a forecasting option by making use of an expert method and a scenario method, a survey of Latvian electric power strategy, the necessity for „Kurzemes loks” and the influence of the infrastructure of electric power system on evironment, an analyis of the structure of electric power consumption, as well as surveys that investigate quality indexes of electric power and comparisons of data in this sphere among different countries. The investigation of possible development scenarios of AS „Sadales tīkls” was carried out by making use of the modified Delphi method, trend models, as well as scenario method and methods of statistical data processing.
