Daugavpils pilsētas pašvaldības budžets

Abstract

Darba mērķis ir uz Daugavpils pilsētas pašvaldības budžeta ieņēmumu un izdevumu izpētes pamata izstrādāt priekšlikumus Daugavpils pilsētas pašvaldības darbības uzlabošanai. Darba 1. un 2.daļā pētīti Latvijas Republikas normatīvie akti, kuri regulē pašvaldību darbību un budžeta veidošanu, kā arī pētīta budžeta sistēma, process un struktūra, raksturoti pašvaldību budžeta veidošanas principi. Darba 3.daļā raksturota Daugavpils pilsēta. 4. daļā pētīti Daugavpils pilsētas pašvaldības budžeta ieņēmumi un izdevumi un 5. daļā aprakstīta Daugavpils pilsētas domes grāmatvedības uzskaite. Darbā izstrādē izmantoti autoru darbi; Latvijas Republikas normatīvie akti, statistikas dati, interneta resursi, Daugavpils pilsētas domes gada pārskati. Maģistra darbs izstrādāts uz 90 lappusēm, izmantojot 36 literatūras avotus un ietver 14 tabulas, 14 attēlus. Darba atslēgas vārdi: budžets, pašvaldība, ieņēmumi, izdevumi, Daugavpils.

The aim of the Master paper is to work out proposals of improving the functioning of the Daugavpils City self-government in accordance with the Daugavpils City self-government budget revenue and expenditure research basis. In the 1.st and 2.nd part of the Master paper there is researched Law of Republic of Latvia which regulates self-government work and budget formation, as well as researched the system, process and structure of the budget, described principles of formation self-government budget. In the 3.rd part there ir described Daugavpils City. In the 4.th part there is researched the revenue and expenditure of the Daugavpils City self-government and in the 5.th part are described accounting records of the Daugavpils City Council. The Master Paper is prepared on the works of authors, the Law of Republic of Latvia, statistics, internet sources, the annual reports of Daugavpils City Council . The Master Paper consist of 90 pages, 36 bibliography sources, it includes 14 tables and 14 pictures. Keywords: budget, self-government, revenue, expenditure, Daugavpils.
