Projekts: Koksnes šķeldas ražošanas uzņēmuma izveide

Abstract

Projekta īstermiņa mērķis ir nodibināt konkurētspējīgu un rentablu kurināmās šķeldas ražotni, kurināmās šķeldas ražošanai un realizācijai Latvijas Republikas iekšējā tirgū. Projekta rezultātā dibināmajam uzņēmumam ir jābūt pietiekoši labi aprīkotam, lai šķeldu ražošanas procesa komplekso pasākumu kopumu, kas ietver šķeldai nepieciešamo izejvielu savākšanu un/vai pievešanu, šķeldošanu un šķeldu transportēšanu no šķeldošanas vietas līdz pirkuma līgumā norādītajai piegādes vietai, uzņēmums spētu izpildīt ar savā īpašumā vai valdījumā esošajiem resursiem. Darba ilgtermiņa mērķis ir kurināmās šķeldas ražotnes attīstība, palielinot ražošanas apjomus, diversificējot darbību un uzsākot industriālās šķeldas ražošanu, šķeldas eksportu uz kaimiņvalstīm, „spekulatīvās” operācijas šķeldas brīvajā tirgū un mežizstrādes pakalpojumu sniegšanu.

Short-term goal of the project is to establish a competitive and cost-effective fuel woodchip production facility, for fuel woodchip production and sale in the internal market of Latvian Republic. As the result of the project the company must be adequately equipped to be able to meet chips production complex package that includes collection and/or delivery of raw materials required for the chipping process, transportation of produced fuel woodchips from chipping place to the place of delivery, with owned or possessed by the company resources. Long-term goal is the development of fuel chips production by increasing production capacity, diversifying activities and entering the market of industrial production of woodchips, woodchips export to neighboring countries, "speculative" operations with woodchips on open market and logging services.
