Investīciju vides pievilcīgums Baltijas valstīs

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs ir uzrakstīts, lai noteiktu investīciju vides pievilcīgumu Baltijas valstīs pamatojoties uz makroekonomiskās situācijas rādītājiem, kā arī Pasaules Bankas projekta „Doing Business: Ease of Doing Business Rank” reitingu analīzes rezultātiem. Pēc biznesa viegluma reitingiem Baltijas valstu vidū, pirmo vietu aizņem Lietuva. Lietuva pēc biznesa viegluma reitinga 2014. gadā ierindojās 17 vietā kopējā valstu sarakstā. Igaunija aizņem 22 vietu, bet Latvija atrodas 24 vietā. Bakalaura darba pamatdaļa ir sadalīta trijās nodaļās. Pirmajā nodaļā ir izklāstīti investīciju vides teorētiskie aspekti, t.s. investīciju vidi ietekmējošie faktori un valsts loma investīciju vides veidošanā. Otrajā nodaļā ir veikts Baltijas valstu makroekonomiskais apskats. Trešajā nodaļā ir veikta investīciju vides analīze Baltijas valstīs pamatojoties uz „Doing Business: Ease of Doing Business Rank” reitingu analīzes rezultātiem.

Bachelor thesis is written in order to determine the attractiveness of the investment climate in the Baltic States on the basis of macro-economic indicators, as well as the World Bank project “Doing Business: Ease of Doing Business Rank” rating analysis. Among the Baltic States Lithuania (17. place) takes a first place by the “Doing Business: Ease of Doing Business Rank”. Next comes Estonia (22. place) and the last is Latvia (24. place). Bachelor thesis main part is divided into three parts. The first part sets out the theoretical aspects of the investment climate, and the role of government in the investment climate formation. The second section includes a Baltic macroeconomic review. The third chapter contains the investment climate analysis in the Baltic States, based on „Doing Business: Ease of Doing Business Rank” rating analysis.
