Radošās šķiras ietekme uz reģionālo attīstību
Abstract
Maģistra darbā „Radošās šķiras ietekme uz reģionālo attīstību” ņemtā vērā atziņa, ka mūsdienās radošais potenciāls un jaunradē spējīgs cilvēkkapitāls spēlē noteicošu lomu attīstībā. Maģistra darba mērķis ir izvērtēt radošās šķiras teorētisko pamatojumu un noskaidrot to ietekmi uz attīstību Latvijā un Igaunijā. Darba uzdevumi aptver zinātniskās literatūras analīzi par attīstību, cilvēkkapitālu un radošo šķiru, radošuma lomas apzināšanu, kā arī sakarību noteikšanu starp radošo šķiru un attīstību Latvijā un Igaunijā. Ričarda Florida (Richard Florida) izstrādātā Radošās šķiras teorija paredz ne tikai unikālu pieeju radošā cilvēkkapitāla uzskaitē, bet arī izskaidro vides faktorus, kas nosaka radošā cilvēkkapitāla attīstību. Pielietojot ekonometrisko analīzi, tika konstatēts, ka Radošās šķiras teorija spēj izskaidrot Igaunijas attīstības tendences, kā arī noteikt, ka radošo personu skaits Igaunijā ir cieši saistīts ar R.Florida izstrādātajiem pievilcības faktoriem, kas tiek mērīti kā talant Nowadays a human capital that is capable of creativity has an important role in development. The objective of the Master’s Thesis is to summarise theoretical reasoning of the creative class and find out its effect on development in Latvia and Estonia. Tasks include analysis of scientific literature on development, human capital, and creative class, awareness of the role of creativity, as well as defining relations between the creative class and development in Latvia and Estonia. Theory of creative class developed by Richard Florida foresees not only a unique approach to list the creative human capital but also explains a number of environmental factors that determine their development. Use of econometrical analysis allowed concluding that the theory of creative class can explain Estonian development tendencies, as well as define that the number of creative people in Estonia is closely related to factors of attractiveness elaborated by R. Florida that are measured as levels of talent,
