Pierobežas teritorijas un to attīstības iespējas: Alūksnes novada piemērs

Abstract

Maģistra darbs veltīts pierobežas reģionu attīstības iespēju analizēšanai. Pierobežas reģioni atšķiras no pārējiem reģioniem un galvenokārt atšķirības ir nelabvēlīgas. Autors kā pētāmo teritoriju ir izvēlējies Alūksnes novadu, kas tiek skatīts arī reģionālā kontekstā. Maģistra darba mērķis ir izvērtējot Alūksnes novada attīstības iespējas – telpas, saimniecības un cilvēku resursu - izstrādāt priekšlikumus teritoriju attīstības pārvaldībai. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek aplūkotas pierobežu un pārrobežu telpas un pieejas to izpētē. Otrā nodaļa veltīta izmantoto materiālu un metožu aprakstam. Trešajā nodaļā ir dots Alūksnes novada telpas raksturojums. Ceturtajā nodaļā sniegta Alūksnes novada attīstības iespēju analīze. Master’s thesis devoted to analyze border region development opportunities. Border regions are different from other regions and the differences are mostly negative. The case study author ir chosen Aluksne novads, which is also viewed in regional context. Master’s thesis object is to evaluate the Aluksne novads development opportunities – space, economy and human resources – and make recommendations for the territory development management. The first chapter discusses borderland and cross-border space and their research approaches. The second chapter is devoted to description of used materials and methods. In third chapter is given characteristics of Aluksne novads. The fourth chapter provides analyze of Aluksne novads development opportunities.
