Irbes šauruma krasta nogāzes seklūdens daļas izmaiņas un to saistība ar priekškāpu eroziju

Abstract

Darbs „Irbes šauruma krasta nogāzes seklūdens daļas izmaiņas un to saistība ar priekškāpu eroziju” ir pētījums par jūras krasta seklūdens daļas izmaiņām laika gaitā. Izstrādājot darbu, tika meklētas sakarības starp zemūdens vālu skaita un izmēra izmaiņām, ūdenslīmeņa svārstībām un krasta procesiem. Maģistra darbs ir veidots ņemot vērā bakalaura darbā veiktos mērījumus. Irbes šauruma piekrastes daļā pētītas zemūdens smilšu akumulācijas vālu izmaiņas laika posmā no 2005. gada līdz 2012. gadam, izmantojot aerofoto un satelītuzņēmumus. Sīkāk analizēts 4,4 km garš Irbes šauruma krasta posms pretī Mazirbei, kur atkārtoti veikta eholokācija, kā arī analizēti jūras krasta ģeoloģisko procesu monitoringa dati par laika posmu no 2001. līdz 2012. gadam. Darbs sastāv no 5 nodaļām, tā kopējais apjoms ir 60. lpp. Tekstu ilustrē 30 attēlu (kartes, fotogrāfijas) un 2 tabulas. Izmantoti 63 avoti. The paper "The connection between changes in nearshore properties and foredune erosion along the Irbe Strait coast" is a research about changes in a coastal underwater slope over time and its impact on coastal processes. Exploration contained a search for the changes in underwater coastal bar numbers and size, sea level fluctuations and coastal processes. Thesis are made based on the data collected for author’s bachelor. The research examines a part of Kurzemes coast – Irbes strait, where underwater bar changes since 2005 till 2012 are researched by using aerophotographs and sattelite imageries. Detailed research is made for a 4,4 km long section of a coastline of the Irbe strait located next to Mazirbe. Field survey contained a two year nearshore eholocation. The analysis of the geological processes of a coastal zone is made based on the Latvian coastal monitoring data from 2001 till 2012.
