| dc.description.abstract | Maģistra darbs veidots vienā no mūsdienu aktuālākajiem ģeogrāfisko problēmu izpētes laukiem – lielapjoma būvniecības projektu izbūves ietekmes vērtēšanas prakse teritorijas attīstības kontekstā. Maģistra darbā veikts pētījums par lielmēroga transporta infrastruktūras projektu izbūves ietekmes vērtēšanas praksi Latvijā un tās lomu teritoriju attīstībā. Latvijā lielmēroga transporta infrastruktūras projektu izbūves ietekmes vērtēšanas galvenais instruments ir ietekmes uz vidi novērtējuma procedūra. Latvijā joprojām atšķiras ietekmes uz vidi novērtējuma procedūra nozares profesionāļu un iedzīvotāju uzskati, kādus ietekmju komponentus vajadzētu vērtēt vērienīgu transporta infrastruktūras projektu izbūves procesā. Saulkrastu apvedceļa un plānotā dzelzceļa posma „Lidosta „Rīga” - Rīgas dzelzceļa pasažieru stacija” izbūves ietekmju vērtēšana procesi apstiprina šādu ietekmju novērtējumu sarežģītību.

| dc.description.abstract | Master’s thesis performed on one of the actual geographical research problems field – large-scale construction projects impact assessment practice in the context of territorial development. Master’s thesis study on large-scale transport infrastructure construction project impact assessment practice in Latvia and its role in territorial development. The key tool of impact identify with large-scale transport infrastructure construction project in Latvia are environmental impact assessment procedure (EIA). In Latvia still vary views between professionals and the public on the components that should be assessed in large–scale transport infrastructure projects construction process. Saulkrasti bypass and the planned rail link "Airport" Riga "- Riga railway passenger station" construction impact assessment process confirm it evaluation complexity.
