Ventspils vecpilsēta un tās funkcijas maiņa

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā „Ventspils Vecpilsēta un tās funkcijas maiņa” ir apkopota informācija par pilsētas telpiskiem transformācijas procesiem. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir analizēt Ventspils Vecpilsētas attīstību un tās funkcijas maiņu. Šim nolūkam veikta analīze par Ventspils Vecpilsētas apbūves attīstību, izvērtēta funkciju maiņa un tās teritoriālais izvietojums, kā arī apkopota Ventspils Vecpilsētas iedzīvotāju viedokļu analīze par dzīves vides kvalitātes jautājumiem. Pētījuma rezultāti liecina, ka Vecpilsētas dzīves vides kvalitāte ir vērtējama kā apmierinoša. Lai uzlabotu Vecpilsētas dzīves vides kvalitāti ir nepieciešama tirdzniecības, rekreatīvās un kultūras funkciju attīstīšana un apbūvētās vides sakopšana. Darba apjoms ir 47 lappuses. Darbā iekļauti 17 attēli, kā arī 5 pielikumi.

The bachelor thesis „Urban function change in Ventspils city′s historical centre” is summarized information about urban spatial transformation processes. The aim of the research is analyzed housing develompent and function change in old town of Ventspils. To accomplish that, the analyse of housing develompent, territory and size distribution, and function ot the change and its territorial distribution as well as the opinion of inhabitants of Ventspils old town of their living environment quality were carried out. Researches is showing that life environment quality is measured as good from old town inhabitants point of view. Main factors, which are necessary to improve for living environment quality in old town, are ensuring the development of comercial, recreational and cultural functions, and putting in order built environment. Work is written on 47 pages, there are 17 pictures and appendix.
